LIFE GROUPS
Life Groups are one way we seek to live life together and serve one another as a church family.
In a busy city-centre church, we want to make sure everyone is being cared for and supported in their walk with Christ.
Life Groups meet throughout the city and shire on the 2nd, 4th and 5th Wednesdays of each month (7-9pm) for a time of fellowship, Bible study, and prayer. However, even if you can’t come on a Wednesday, you will still be part of a Life Group if Bon Accord is your church. This is because we want everyone in our church to receive pastoral care and discipleship, whatever age or stage of life you are in.
Once you decide to settle with us, you will be given a group by the elders which you can then see on ChurchSuite. Each Life Group is made up of a variety of Bon Accordians in different ages and stages of life and with different backgrounds, so you’ll quickly get to know a range of people connected with our church.
Each group is also led by an elder, normally supported by a deacon, one or two women, and sometimes younger leaders who are being given the opportunity to train and develop their gifts. These leaders are part of our overall Pastoral Care Team.
We hope and pray your Life Group will be of great benefit to you as you settle into a new city, and worship with us week by week.
