Crèche
For the crèche to run smoothly, can you please be there for 10.45am. If unable to be present, please make every effort to change with someone else on the rota.

Door
The church doors are open at 10.30 am and 6.00 pm on Sundays. It is helpful if door duty personnel are there as near these times as possible.

Audio
Audio controllers will be in charge of setting up and running the recording and live audio systems during the services.

Newsletter Printing
Any enquiries - please contact Julie or Steven Inglis
Production Notes
- For “student-term” months, make approx. 75 copies (30 of which are for mailing out)
- For other months, make approx. 150 copies (30 of which are for mailing out)
- Please Loose-insert the Monthly Prayer Notes with each Newsletter - if they are available

Tea and Coffee
Normally Tea and Coffee makers will serve teas and coffees after both the morning and evening services.

Bookstall
The Bon Accord Bookstall runs after each service selling various books, CDs and other Christian material. Each week two volunteers are responsible for setting up and running the stall.
